  • “Instructor” refers to users who create and sell courses on the platform.
  • “Customer” refers to users who purchase courses on the platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing GeekFusion, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use GeekFusion.

4. Instructor Responsibilities

  1. Content Originality: Instructors must ensure that all course materials are original or properly licensed. GeekFusion does not verify copyright ownership and is not responsible for copyright infringements.
  2. Compliance with Laws: Instructors are responsible for compliance with all relevant laws and must not include prohibited, unlawful, or offensive content.
  3. Accuracy: Instructors should provide accurate and truthful information in their courses. Misleading or false claims are not permitted.
  4. Payment Terms: Instructors will receive a portion of revenue from course sales, less applicable fees. Payment terms are outlined in the Instructor Agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  1. Non-Commercial Use: Courses purchased on GeekFusion are for personal, non-commercial use only. Customers may not redistribute, share, or resell purchased content.
  2. No Guarantee of Outcomes: GeekFusion does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from courses.
  3. Refunds: Refund requests may be considered if the course does not meet reasonable standards or as otherwise outlined in our refund policy.

6. Platform Responsibilities and Limitations

  1. Content Verification: GeekFusion ensures that courses contain material but does not verify originality or ownership.
  2. Content Issues: If copyright or content issues are reported, GeekFusion may investigate and remove content at its discretion.
  3. Limited Liability: GeekFusion is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Instructors grant GeekFusion a non-exclusive license to host, display, and market their content on the platform.
  • All trademarks, logos, and content associated with GeekFusion are the property of GeekFusion or its licensors.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Users may not engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities on the platform. Instructors are prohibited from submitting content that violates intellectual property rights or contains prohibited materials.

9. Scam Reporting and Investigation

  • GeekFusion encourages users to report any suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity. Reports will be reviewed, and if deemed necessary, GeekFusion will take appropriate action, including removing content or suspending users.

10. Termination

  • GeekFusion reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any violations of these terms or other applicable policies.

11. Modifications

  • GeekFusion may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
