GeekFusion Refund and Returns Policy

- Technical Issues: If a customer encounters technical issues that prevent access to the course and these issues are not resolved by GeekFusion support within a reasonable time.
- Unauthorized Purchase: If a purchase was made without the customer’s authorization and is reported promptly.
Please Note: Refunds are generally not issued for a change of mind or if the customer has completed a substantial portion of the course.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Contact GeekFusion support at info@geekfusion.net within 14 days of the purchase date with your refund request. Include your order details and the reason for the request, A cancellation fee may apply.
- Review Process: Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information. This may include details on specific issues encountered in the course.
- Resolution: We aim to resolve refund requests within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Course Completion: If a customer has completed over 50% of the course, refunds are not eligible.
- Partial Refunds: No partial refunds will be provided for incomplete or partially watched courses.
- Non-Compliance: Refunds are not issued if customers breach our Terms of Use or engage in prohibited activities.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect on the original payment method, depending on the payment provider.
5. Instructor Policy
- Instructors on GeekFusion acknowledge that refunds may impact their revenue from sales and agree to comply with this Refund and Returns Policy.
- If a course consistently receives refund requests due to quality or accuracy issues, GeekFusion may take additional actions, including review, revision requests, or suspension of the course.
6. Modifications to Policy
GeekFusion reserves the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
